EXPERIENCE
Colin guides current and prospective clients through the process of clarifying and planning to achieve their various financial goals. This can encompass budgeting, planning for retirement, saving for education, managing investments, and identifying potential estate and insurance needs.

In November 2014, Colin was authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® certification marks in accordance with CFP Board certification and renewal requirements. CFP® professionals have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. They understand the complexities of the changing financial climate and know how to make recommendations in clients’ best interest.

PERSONAL
Colin most enjoys being with his wife, Laura, and their four sons. Outside of family, his deepest passion is for music – playing bass (Matt Smith’s Nervous System, Cover Me) as well as listening, collecting, going to shows, and taking in books, movies, and podcasts about various types and genres of music. Colin can also be found CD (yes, compact disc) shopping at Black Dots or Revolver Records, grabbing pizzas at Jay’s Artisan (best in the city by a million miles), catching a movie at the North Park Theatre, zoning out at Buffalo AKG Art Museum, or very occasionally playing the odd round of golf.
